Voyager {Stage|Level}, on the Georges {Water|Lake|Riv} about 25kms from Sydney CBD, achieved {the 2nd|the other} biggest {twelve-monthly|gross annual} growth with 33%, closely followed by Wonga Park in Melbourne's {external|exterior|outside} northeast with 32% {twelve-monthly|gross annual} growth.
